onefinestay makes it easy to know what to expect - their linens, basic supplies and a greeter who can take you through the house to learn the basics. Property selection are great and home truths are very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at First Street in London. 5 family and friends stayed over Thanksgiving holiday. The house is really lovely and was super comfortable. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom! The location was great, the area was all decorated for the holidays and had both shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The home looked great online and was even better in person. But beyond that the service and attention to detail we received from the onefinestay staff was outstanding. They accommodated every request and made some suggestions that made our stay so pleasant. Would absolutely stay again!
