Home Truths

• This home has air-conditioning unit in the third bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.

• This home is spread over four levels with no internal elevator.

• The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

• There are stairs up to the entrance of this home.

• There is a trundle bed in the fifth bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• There is limited hanging space in the fifth bedroom.

• The TV in the second sitting room is powered by Apple TV only, please have your Apple ID account handy.

• One loveable cat lives in this home. They won't be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
