• This home has an open swimming pool with no fence accessible via the living room doors.

• There is currently construction work taking place behind the home up on the hillside. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for the most up to date information.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• There are around 10 steps up to the home's front door entrance and 10+ steps in the backyard area of the home.

• This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV to access streaming services.

• This home has a steep driveway with one parking space available. It is not suitable for low rider type cars.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
