Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• This is a lived-in family home and so shows some signs of wear and tear.

• The dining table can be arranged so that it seats ten people. This will need to be arranged prior to your arrival and so please let one of our destinations specialists know in advance.

• As the homeowner runs their business from an office inside the home, the phone may ring during your stay.

• Some of the carpets in this home are well-worn.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
