Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is split over two floors with no internal elevator.

• Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are a few steps up from street-level.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, children, and one well-behaved pet where an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.

• The homeowner's housekeeper will attend on Friday mornings.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
