Home Truths

• This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the sitting room and kitchen. There is, however, a pool cover.

• Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the fourth bedroom now features two single beds.

• There is parking for two cars in the driveway of the home off of the garage.

• The homeowner's cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 1 pm for 3 hours.

• One loveable hypoallergenic dog lives at this home. They won't be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for people with extreme allergies.

• There is central air conditioning on the upper floor only. The lower floor features underfloor heating.

• This home features filtered water throughout.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• This home has a strict no pets policy.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
