Home Truths

• This home accepts babies and children but does not accept pets and toddlers.

• This home is on the third floor with a external elevator.

• This home has air conditioning throughout. Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. Whilst there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units.

• The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it.

• You can access to the second bedroom from the master bedroom.

• There is one toilet in this home and it is separated from the bathroom. There are no photographs available.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
