Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• The homeowner's cleaner will visit on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30am-2pm for your scheduled maid service.

• The homeowner's gardener visits every Tuesday and Friday morning and pool cleaner visits every Tuesday afternoon.

• This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence) accessible via the back sitting room and separate guest house.

• This home is a much loved older family home with elegant but cosy furnishings.

• There is designated parking for two small cars or one large car in the garage and two additional cars in the driveway of this home.

• The master bedroom is two steps up from the rest of the home and the fourth bedroom with a separate entrance is located one flight downstairs. There is no internal elevator in the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
