Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This is a much loved older home with vintage decor and may show signs of wear and tear.

• Since the onefinestay photoshoot, some of the decor in the home and rooftop deck of the guesthouse has been updated.

• There is a day bed in the downstairs bedroom, which can be set up for one person and a day bed in the separate guest house sitting room, which can be set up for two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like either prepared. There is no wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom, so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

• There is no central heating on the ground floor of the home, but there are several working fireplaces for warmth.

• This home has air conditioning only on the upper floor. Please let us know if you would like to have fans on the ground floor for your stay.

• This home accepts babies and children over six years old, but does not accept toddlers.

• There is space for one vehicle in the designated parking spot behind the home.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
