Home Truths

• This home has no air conditioning but fear not - there are plenty of windows to let in the cool sea air. We are also happy to provide a fan upon request.

• The homeowner's housekeeper visits every Friday from 10am-4:30pm.

• While babies in arm are welcome, this home does not accept children under 10.

• There is no Satellite or Cable TV in the home, there is an Apple TV where you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime and other steaming services.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• There are three parking spaces on the street outside this home.

• There is one half bathroom on the entrance level of the home.

• This home has a minimum length of stay of thirty nights.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
