We had a terrific week at Ovington Gardens. Plenty of space to spread out, easy access to all of central London, and the most fabulous spring break weather imaginable! The townhouse has outstanding storage throughout, so we could really unpack and settle in. The old plumbing made for inconsistent flushing, but in contrast the shower pressure was a guilty delight for us Californians. Sitting in the parlor looking out onto the blooming camellias will be an indelible memory.

Ovington Gardens is great! Great location, comfortable and nicely appointed. The house is spread over five floors so lots of up and down! It's a very comfortable and well equipped house in a great location. I would highly recommend it! Only issue we had was a strong sewage odor in the master shower; onefinestay provided us with drain cleaner but this did not resolve the issue. Another plumbing issue was that water would suddenly and randomly cut off for a few minutes. The kitchen is well equipped though new frying pans are needed as the ones provided are very worn. The fridge also needed defrosting. Some small appliances such as a mixer or blender, salad spinner or mixing/serving bowls would have been appreciated. Cleaning once a week is appreciated but could be more thorough. All that said, we would not hesitate to rent this house again! onefinestay was great, available and efficient.

We loved our stay! The location was great, home was perfectly described and no misrepresentation. The lady that showed us around the house was very good, she went through everything with us and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be using onefinestay again and very soon!

The booking process was efficient, with the team very knowledgeable about the product to help me choose the perfect home - and it was! Ovington Gardens is a beautiful home in the perfect location and the pictures don't do it justice. It is spacious, stylish, and very clean! The onefinestay team left goodies and a nice welcome basket for us on the table too. They were also very responsive, which is always much appreciated. Highly recommend booking with onefinestay for the quality of the product and overall experience!
