Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has an open swimming pool without a fence accessible via the kitchen door and second sitting room door.

• This home does not feature Satellite or Cable TV, instead there are Smart TVs and Apple TV, which gives you access to streaming services.

• The fireplaces in the home are strictly ornamental and not for use.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• There is parking available for two cars in the gated driveway of the home. There is restricted permit street parking around the home, however you can park an additional car in front of the home's garage and the driveway gate.

• There is an external security camera that faces the outside area of the home.

• There are two double-sized beds in the fourth bedroom. Each bed can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
