Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

• There is a small double bed in the second bedroom. It can only sleep one person comfortably.

• The home's water pressure is low if multiple sinks or showers are running all at once.

• The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

• One loveable dog and cat live at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.

• In September 2025 road resurfacing works are due to take place on the street. Noise and activity may be noticed during this time.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
