Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has an open swimming pool without a fence accessible via the sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom, which can be set to chime. There is also a pool cover for your convenience.

• One lovable hypoallergenic terrier-poodle mix dog lives in this home. Please note the homeowner has allergies, but is not affected by the dog. While the dog won't be here for your stay, this home may not be suitable for people with more severe allergies.

• This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers under 4 years old.

• There is a double sized bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

• There is space to park two cars or up to four cars stacked in the driveway of the home. There is also unrestricted street parking in front of the home.

• There is a queen-sized pull out sofa bed in the third bedroom and third sitting room. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

• There are multiple steps down to a separate backyard area with additional outdoor seating and hammock.

• There are external security cameras at the front door and back patio areas of the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
