Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so ask us if you'd like to have fans for your stay.

• Although all the bedrooms face towards a quiet interior courtyard, the living room faces onto a busy avenue.

• There is currently long running construction work happening nearby at Porte Maillot with upgrades happening to the Metro. No noise has been heard from within the home but please be aware that traffic in the area can be heavy during the day.

• Please note that the heating will be on only between mid-October and May, in line with ecological and environmental practices aimed at limiting energy consumption and reducing our carbon footprint.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
