Home Truths

• This home is a much loved family home and you may see signs of wear and tear.

• The concrete flooring in the guest house shows some signs of wear and tear.

• This home is high in the hills and as a result cell service can be spotty at times.

• This home has an open swimming pool accessible via the main home and guest house without a fence. There is, however, an electric pool cover which is easy to use.

• The master bedroom is located in the detached separate guest house.

• Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the bunk bed in the second bedroom has been removed and now features a queen sized bed. We will be taking new photos soon.

• In the third bedroom, there is a single sized trundle bed configuration with an additional single bed which can be made up. Please let us know when you inquire with our Reservations team if you would like this set up for your stay.

• There is adult-themed art in this home.

• There is space to park four cars on the secure driveway of this home.

• The minimum stay length for this home is 10 nights.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
