Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has an open swimming pool with no fence accessible via the bedrooms and living room.

• One loveable hairless chihuahua dog lives at the home. She won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.

• There is one designated parking space covered with electric gate and two guest street parking permits that will be provided for your stay. There is also street parking available on the home's street.

• The firepit in the main courtyard area is strictly ornamental and not for guest use.

• There are external security cameras which face the outside areas of the home as well as the main courtyard and backyard.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
