Excellent homes, excellent service. Even small issues have been resolved quickly and smoothly. Looking forward to our next family holidays in a onefinestay-managed property.

The property was the right size and in a good location (although an expensive area). We stayed for 2 weeks and they cleaned it twice which was great. I would mention the bed is a double which is small for some. I recommend they add a few small end tables for beverages in the living room. The manager was easy to reach and they reserved a car ride for us.

The place was lovely and well-setup for guests. Sophie, who met us for check in was there when we arrived slightly early and had already run the AC to make sure it was comfortable on a very hot summer's day. Later, when we managed to accidentally switch off power to the wifi, onefinestay responded incredibly swiftly to what we supposed was an actual wifi outage. The representative who arrived to troubleshoot even managed to not make me feel silly for having caused the outage myself.

This was our first time booking with onefinestay and overall we were very pleased with our experience. A person was onsite to assist with checkin and throughout the stay staff were available to answer any questions that we had.

House Rules

- No smoking on any onefinestay property.
Home Truths
The single bedroom can accommodate one additional person on the pull out bed. Please let our Reservations team know how you would like the room to be set up for your stay.
As there is no permanent storage in both the master bedroom and the single bedroom, we will provide a hanging rail and a collapsible shelves for your stay.
There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.
This home has air-conditioning in the both bedrooms and the sitting room. Between May and September, we will provide fans for each room that needs it. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

Deposit
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
