Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.

• This home is on the third floor. There are two steps at the entrance and then there is a lift. There are small flights of steps in various other locations in the home.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• The home's water pump system makes a loud sound after one of the bathrooms have been in use. This only lasts for a minute or two.

• There are security cameras in the communal areas of the building.

• This home also accepts pets. If you wish to bring your pet, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• There are plans to replace the lift in the building in late 2025.

• There is currently scaffolding on the building while redecorating works take place. This can be seen from the windows inside the flat.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
