Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• There is currently construction across the street and a few homes up from the home. As of October 2025, please note all exterior work has been completed and you cannot hear any noise from inside the home. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for the most up to date information.

• This home has parking for three cars in the shared driveway and unrestricted street parking.

• While this home does not have traditional cable, it does have Roku which feature cable channels, Netflix and HBO.

• There is limited phone reception inside this home.

• Please note the outdoor fire pit bowls will be filled with fuel prior to your stay. Additional fuel will be at your own cost.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
