  • This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is located on the second floor with no external elevator access.

  • This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers, children, or pets.

  • There is no door on the bedroom.

  • When water is used in this home, noise from the pump in the kitchen can be heard.

  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

  • There are no blinds in the living room or kitchen of this home.

  • The red HiFi speaker in the sitting room is not currently in use as it awaits repair.

  • There is construction taking place on a building behind this home and noise can be heard at times within the home.
