I truly enjoyed the experience with onefinestay! The process was easy and seamless. The original house we chose was not available so we were recommended for another which turned out to be more central to our family and also our budget, so we were most grateful for that. The home itself served us very well and although homes in London are not air conditioned, fans were made available which made the stay most comfortable. As an expat, staying in Notting Hill brought back so many fond memories of when I lived and worked there and to be back in my former haunt was soul-fulfilling.

We arrived in London on a Saturday morning to discover that the renovations at our flat were not complete and we needed a place to stay. Having used onefinestay in the past, I called and was put through to Jack Bower who was amazing. After explaining my predicament and requesting whether they had availability last minute, Jack went to work and within 4 hours we were settling in. He made what was an awful situation great. Andrew met us and showed us around and was also terrific in explaining everything. We really appreciated him coming out on a Saturday night. The townhouse was probably the best of the places we have used with onefinestay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the first floor living space was exceptionally nice.

We were very pleased with the support offered, including airport transportation, football tickets, and more. The flat we selected was well-located, but was an awkward property in terms of layout and furnishings (3 floors, steep stairs, spartan bedroom furnishings). We have had better luck with previous stays with onefinestay. However, your customer service was outstanding - highly responsive, proactive, and great attention to detail. Thank you - it was a lovely trip and we will continue to utilize and recommend onefinestay going forward.

Customer service was very strong and Lucjano was so responsive and helpful. We had a flight cancelled and car services were rescheduled. The apartment was in a lovely neighborhood in Notting Hill. It had a few quirks, but it was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful flat in London. Very professional housekeeping team that found my bracelet and are sending it back to the US for me. Very impressed with communications during my stay.
