• One loveable cat lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• This home doesn't have air conditioning, so let us know if you'd like fans for your stay.

• The heating is on from October to May. It is communal heating controlled by the building.

• The wifi signal is weak in the master bedroom.

• The apartment is on the second floor with an external elevator.

• There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for your stay.

• There is one toilet in this home and it is separated from the bathrooms.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
