Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has a hot tub. It is open with no fence accessible via the sliding doors next to the dining room.

• This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

• There are two parking spaces available in the garage driveway and one additional parking space in the open driveway in front of the home. There is also street parking available.

• This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

• The second and third bedroom downstairs are connected by a shared bathroom.

• There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
