• While babies in arms are welcome, this home does not accept toddlers or children.

• This home is located on a hillside and the terrain underneath is very steep and off limits.

• This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is a Smart TV to access streaming services.

• Since the onefinestay photoshoot, some of the home's decor in the living room have been updated.

• There is one parking space available outside parallel to the garage and unrestricted street parking directly across the home.

• There is an external camera in front of the main entrance which looks out onto the front porch and street.

• Long term stay discounts are not applicable to this home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $1500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
