Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

• The floorboards in this home are rustically styled.

• One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

• The studio in the garden is not for guest use.

• The homeowners have a pet fish whose tank remains in the home during guest stays. We ask that you take a moment every day or two to feed it.

• The homeowner's housekeeper will visit on Tuesday and Friday.

• This is a well loved home and so shows some signs of wear and tear.

• There is adult themed artwork in this home.

• There is a thinner style of mattress in the second bedroom. A mattress topper can be provided if requested.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
